What we believe

We built the boring, honest one.

A category drunk on AI hype needed a tool that knows when to shut up and get a human. So we made it. Here's what we believe.

  1. 01

A support bot has one job it must never get wrong.

Knowing when it doesn’t know. Everything else is secondary. A bot that guesses confidently is worse than no bot at all, because it fails exactly when it matters — money, refunds, the hard stuff.

  2. 02

    A handoff isn't a failure.

The whole industry races to keep your customers away from you and calls it "resolution." We measure the opposite: whether the bot ever says something wrong under your name. A clean handoff is a win. A confident wrong answer is the only real loss.

  3. 03

"Free" usually means you’re the product.

Free plans get paid for somehow — with your customers’ data, or with a crippled tool that nudges you toward upsells. We’d rather charge a fair price and owe you nothing. So there’s no free plan, and there’s a real, no-card trial.

  4. 04

You should be able to read the whole price on the page.

No "contact sales." No meter that charges you more the better the product works. No invoice that’s quietly double what the website said. The price is the price, and it’s right there.

  5. 05

The AI works for your team, not instead of them.

Human-first, AI-backed. Your people answer first; the AI covers them when they’re slow or away — and only with answers your team approved. We’re pro-AI. We’re against AI talking to your customers unsupervised.

  6. 06

You should be able to turn it off.

The AI is a power-up, not the product. The off switch is a first-class control, not a setting buried six menus deep. If live chat is all you want, that’s a complete product.

  7. 07

    Your data is yours.

Export it whenever you like. We want you to stay because the tool is good — not because leaving is a hostage negotiation. An open door is the only honest kind.

  8. 08

    Small and self-funded isn't a stage we're escaping.

It’s the point. We answer to our customers, not to investors who need us to grow at any cost. That’s exactly why we can build an AI that hands customers back to you instead of hoarding them behind a bot.

  9. 09

We won't lie about our rivals.

Some of them are good. We’ll tell you when one of them fits you better than we do. An honest brand can’t have a dishonest comparison page.

  10. 10

We'd rather be trusted than be everywhere.

We’re not trying to win the whole market. We’re trying to be the tool a small team can point at and say: that one won’t embarrass me in front of my customers.

That's it. If it sounds like your kind of company, come kick the tires.
